Just a little bit about what we use.

Both Alison and I bring multiple Nikon and Fuji cameras to your wedding.  Not just the cameras we have on our neck and waist, but back up cameras and lenses that you will never see, is there just in case.  That is a sign of a professional.  Being prepared for the unexpected.

An amateur that is giving you a CD to do as you wish isn’t bringing along extra gear.  Their backup plan is called “I hope nothing happens.”  I don’t mean to disparage anyone trying to make a living, or just some extra money, but would you have your car’s breaks serviced by someone that had just read the car manual or doing the repairs without all of the proper tools?   The best choise is always to select someone that has proven that when their skills are called upon, they can answer with the experience to not only do the job right, but better than you ever thought it could be.
